I deleted some files from my download files folder and all hell broke loose. Now when I open OF it comes up with the file that comes from first running OF. I have a backup of the file I need but how do I make it the default file that open when opening OF? I can open it but sync is not hightlighted for my iPod. I sync to Mobile Me. If I close OF when the backup file on next opening the default new file opens.

Where is the location I need to put backup?

also for future downloads etc. What files can I dump/delete?
