If you click to edit a project (or a folder) on the iPod, you will get a screen that has the project name, project type, status, etc. In this screen, note that right icon on the toolbar has changed from the '+' sign to a folder with a down arrow. Click on this icon and you will get a screen to move the project (or folder).
