Each of the site-preference panes has an equivalent in the Application Preferences (except Other which has scattered functionality).

Go to Preferences -> Appearance (which is in the "Global Site Preferences" section). You can either increase the default Text Zoom, or you can use custom fonts of a larger size by choosing "Custom..." from the Font Style popup.
