There's no easy way to do this. You could write a script that modifies the name of the pertinent actions, perhaps adding a "Progress Since Review:" prefix. Then you could use the search feature to filter for just those tasks. A second script could clear the prefixes.

A script could also be written that detects blocked projects by looking at review dates and completion dates for tasks. Again, the script could add a "Blocked:" prefix to the detected projects.
