[Frosty Crunch]

I'd like to have an Expand All icon available as an option in the Toolbar, since I use a mouse a lot.

(I'd also like to somehow be able to just default the program to always expand all rows unless otherwise told. I don't have zillions of detailed items, so I usually want everything to show.)
