Rogbar ... I'm hoping these scripts essentially automate what you suggest. I tend to keep the "structural part of the outline in the two or three levels with detail below that level, but if I had to go and tweak an outline for presentation each and every time I wanted to create a PDF ... ooh, boy, that would be a lot of time.
