Sorry for the delayed response, Kunicki - I meant to post here yesterday but got caught up in other tasks.

The release note is referring to context-mode perspectives, but doesn't affect the top-level Contexts list. We want to get this behavior out on the Mac before we modify the way the latter behaves.
