Sorry for the trouble, folks! As Bill mentioned, we've gotten a couple of reports of crashes on launch from folks running 10.5 - we've got a beta release of 5.3.1 up on our site, which should resolve this crash.

If anyone is still having trouble, email the support ninjas and we'll be happy to help. Sorry again!

As an aside: I understand the stress something like this can cause, but please don't post in threads about other topics trying to attract attention to a thread about an issue you're having. That just clutters up the forums and makes them less useful for other visitors - particularly the ones having a discussion in that thread. Emailing us is going to be much more effective.
