One way would be to select "Back Up Database..." from the File menu to create a backup, then transfer that backup over to your other computer and select "Revert to Database Backup..." (also in the File menu).
Alternatively, you could copy the Library/Application Support/OmniFocus folder over to your other computer. This format isn't as compact as the backup (since the backup will coalesce all the individual transactions from your library folder).
