To copy the text of an OmniGraffle sub-tree as an indented text outline, select a parent node and run this script.

The node and its descendants will be copied to the clipboard as tab-indented text in the Markdown unordered list format (each node preceded by "- ").

I am using this, and the FT2Omni script, to move back and forth between nested diagrams and plain text outlines (in FoldingText).
