Whenever I try to connect two boxes, the line loops all over with multiple handles. I can delete all the handles and then lock the connector, but that takes ten times longer than it should. I see a menu item, Variable>Line Length, that might fix the problem, but it is grayed out. This should be a simple thing, but I have wasted hours on it already.
