After X years of using Omnigraffle, I just discovered you can navigate the Canvases list and drill down into layers using the arrow keys. Very handy, but one fatal flaw — it only works when the canvas list is in focus.

I would love to be able to have canvas and layer control via the menus and keyboard shortcuts. Next and Previous canvas is good, but I want to see the layers inside, and to navigate up and down the layers without having to tap on the canvas list first.

Bonus points for shortcuts to Edit, Lock, or Hide a layer!
