I'm not religious about it, but yes, I generally put potential projects that I'm definitely not going to get to for a while in a separate someday/maybe list, but keep projects that I plan to do when I have some time where they are in my active folders and just put them on hold. Sometimes I want to see projects I can work on if free time opens up; sometimes I want to see more pie in the sky stuff.
