Did you try removing your OmniGraffle preferences file? Go into the Library/Preferences file in your home directory, drag any files with OmniGraffle in the name to the desktop, and try launching again. If that fixes the problem, mail the bogus preference files to
omnigraffle@omnigroup.com, perhaps they can deduce something from them.
In the future, especially when reporting crashes with an application that has just been updated at the time that a new version of the operating system has come out (so just about any combination is likely), report the version numbers of all the pieces! There's a known crasher with OG 5.3 running under Leopard, but none of you provided enough information to know if that is likely to be the cause of your problems.
