Well, no one on the forum needs to know, except perhaps those you hope will help you. It isn't the primary Omni support channel, but a place for users to help each other, with contributions on an as-time-permits basis from Omni staff.
I know that when I need help with something, I prefer to force any potential good Samaritan to take the time to get to know me first by playing 20 questions, none of this skipping directly to solving my problem :-)
