Put a start date on your repeating action. You won't see it until the start date arrives, and when it repeats, the new action will have a start date that is adjusted accordingly. If you set up an action to fill out a timesheet, repeating weekly from assigned date, starting on Thursday at 8am and due on Friday at 5pm, it will be hidden until Thursday morning rolls around, and each new copy will have a start date of the Thursday prior to the due date.
