The OmniFidget widget isn't a bad way to avoid some paralysis if you're running 10.5. You can get it off the OmniFocus product page. It just pops up one action/task at a time from whichever context(s) you've selected, and you either do it or pass. You can add in
Curt Clifton's WhereToFocus widget that shows you a graph of which contexts have the most actions to do (also 10.5 only).
