OmniFocus supports document attachments, and as long as it's a file type that iOS offers native support for (PDF/Text/most common image formats) OmniFocus can display that content in the app.

You could include that info as a PDF or similar; it doesn't really present the information in the same manner as whichever app that screenshot is from, though.
