Hmmm... it's possible that this is the bug that's bitten a couple of other folks on the new hardware (see the new sticky at the top of the forum) or it's possible something else is going on.
There are a couple of things we can do to gather more information, but the info we get isn't particularly forum-post-friendly. If you haven't done so already, please contact the
support ninjas so we can look into this with you. Sorry for the inconvenience!
