OmniFocus doesn't sync one device to another, but rather multiple devices to a server. That server can be the Omni Sync Service (read all about it here:
http://forums.omnigroup.com/showthread.php?t=15967) or Apple's MobileMe, or a Mac running OmniFocus, or some other properly functioning WebDAV server to which you have sufficient access. The Omni server and MobileMe are probably the easiest options for most people, although the Apple one costs money after your free trial is up.
