Thanks for the response.

Unfortunately in my case, my iPad will have to be the main driver here. While my home is entirely Apple-centric, my day job is a dev using Microsoft products :( I can also purchase the iPhone product, but I'd prefer to master the iPad first and see if it would be helpful after that.

That's interesting, my first inclination was to leave the app in forecast mode, as it follows what I've been doing for the past couple years (mostly flat lists of daily tasks on a notepad). Then I thought it was really for quick review, as a flat list of tasks - at least if there's say 10+ of them - is somewhat counter-GTD'ish?
