Assuming you're viewing the folder which currently contains the project:
- Touch the Edit button in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Touch the project you wish to move.
- Touch the File button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Touch "(Top Level)" to indicate that you wish to place your project at the top level, outside any folders.
There you go!
