It seems that the eps output is buggy. If I use preview to view the eps and save as pdf it includes fine in Latex (using pdflatex). But if I use eps directly and the latex->dvips->ps2pdf chain, it has problems. Error 109 it says.
Has anyone looked into this? Apparently the eps files are known to be buggy; is there a fix soon?
