There is support for moving documents back and forth, but it isn't an automatic sync. It's on the order of difficulty of using a USB flash drive without a program to automatically sync files for you.
There's ongoing work to support iCloud sync, but apparently there are some issues on Apple's end, and no ETA on when they'll be resolved.
