Put the theme in ~/Library/Application Support/Omni Focus/Themes. In the OF Style Preferences pane, use the gear menu to load a theme. Navigate to the Theme folder and select the theme. (The load dialog should start in the Theme folder, but doesn't in the current sneaky peak.)
