Well, I do have a question or two: what are you trying to accomplish with iCal in combination with OmniFocus? As of iOS 4, the OmniFocus Reminders hack isn't needed to get the reminders of impending due items. Did you convert your MobileMe setup a few months back when Apple changed the way that MobileMe syncs calendars?
