Hmmm... the message you're seeing should only appear if it takes more than a half-second or so to save a new transaction to the cache. That shouldn't happen very often, and certainly not on a constant basis. (Unless your home folder/cache folder is stored on a remote disk or something, I suppose?)

The best thing to do here would be to email the support ninjas so we can figure out why this is happening. It's definitely not the expected behavior.
