Is there a possibility to omit unmarked sections from the export to tex documents?

Is use the LaTeX book export-plugin.

My problem is the following: I have some additional text and sections in my OmniOutline document, and would like to be able to leave them in this one. But in the exported TeX file these unmarked sections should be omitted.

With unmarked I mean the not-selected status label in the first column.

Is there any possibility to leave unselected sections out?
Or any other work-arround?
