Joe - if you're still having trouble with this, can you zip up your perspectives folder (from Application Support/OmniFocus) and your preferences file, then send those to the support ninjas?

We'll see if we can figure out what's going on here. I haven't seen that problem on my machine in quite a while, so I'd like to see what's going on here.
