A screencast describing Midnight Inbox
has just been released, and I found it very interesting (but a bit rough on the edges).
There are a few very interesting ideas there that could be of interest here. One simple one that I like a lot is simply populating the initial state of the actions and projects with a "set up this program" project, along with a few steps to help someone dive in.
