I don't understand why OmniPlan v2.3.3, when Automatically Level Resources is enabled, has task 2 starting at the same time as task 1. Note that I created several tasks and assigned them to human resource named Foo. The problem occurs when I change the % complete on task 1 to 80%. As soon as I do that OP moves task 2 to the same start date as task 1. This is not what I want and I don't understand why that's the default behavior for OP. Is this a bug? If not then there needs to be some control (preferably documented) to enforce a behavior such that tasks assigned to the same resource start after the previous task assigned to that resource. Note that Auto Level resources is the only leveling option enabled.
