How about "Random from (drop down menu) folder in Bookmarks". The drop down menu to include 'all'.

Might be a fun way to revisit sites you've forgotten you had if you choose 'all' folders.
Or you could limit it and...
...have a different Search Engine every time you load a start page
...or a different news source...

Just a thought. Kind of like Shuffle for Bookmarks...
