I had a flakey internet connection earlier. It seems that when there's an error loading an image, SP7 refuses to load that image at all until you click "Reload." I tried to reload all images by clicking "Load Images" in my toolbar. This didn't work. Right clicking on the image and selecting "Load Image" also didn't work. Only when I reloaded the page did the images finally load.
