I find that newly-created Tasks/Actions with assigned Context, but no Project are assigned to Inbox. I want these Actions to not be placed into Inbox.

I recall some place to programmatically control this "by default place into Inbox behavior," but now I can't find it. If such a thing exists, can someone point me to it? (and thx)
