I use two different review perspectives. One for active project reviews, where I'm making sure all the tasks are defined and sensible, and another for on-hold projects, where the question is just whether to activate the project. Here are the settings for those perspectives.
Active project review:
On-hold project review:
I make heavy use of the review intervals for both active and on-hold projects. On a daily basis, I review active projects due for review. Typically this just involves reviewing the 2 or 3 projects up for review today. My most important or fastest moving projects get a 1 day review interval, so I make sure those projects stay in motion. Other projects get review intervals as long as a month. In my weekly review I look at on-hold projects due for review within the next week. Some of my on-hold projects have review intervals as long as a year.
