This is exactly what is happening to me. My iPhone is getting the new stuff from the laptop, but my laptop is not getting the new stuff from the phone.
Running the latest sneaky peak. This problem started within the last 2 days.
Help!
EDIT: I ran some tests, and this is only happening in my INBOX.
