Works for me with 10.6.8 and 5.3.6.

Maybe try removing

~/Library/Preferences/com.omnigroup.OmniGrafflePro.LSSharedFileList.plist
(In the Finder, cmd-shift-G + "~/Library/Preferences" to get to the folder)
