I thought that the screencast was actually kind of unintentionally silly. Here's this grown man getting so upset over this application. I mean, take it a little more seriously please. Particularly ironic is when he's getting upset over this flashy behavior and saying, "obviously I would know where to click for the flag, the headings are right up here!", when the flag happens to be a particularly narrow column and it's not like there are a checkerboard of column guides.
