Can somebody help me on the issue:

I've got some tasks during a day that I have to "always" do.
i.e.: checking emails, verifying updating information in a system, etc.

Let's say I do them them within 5 min repeatedly every hour (could be postponed).

How can I implement it in omnifocus?

Simply not checking a task (check mail) off doesn't work well, because the task will be hanging in my task list all the day and making me feel that I've not done something.
