I have an outline with 6 columns, and 4 levels of rows.

I'd like the text of the 1st level item of the 1st column to be Bold.

If I make the 1st Level bold, then all six columns get Bold, which I don't want.

If I make the 1st Column bold, then all 4 levels get Bold, which I also don't want.

Is there any way - other than manually - to limit a formatting choice to a combination of Column and Row?
