Sometimes it is helpful (at least for one's blood pressure) to reframe your perspective instead of ascribing malice or stupidity to the people who build your tools. Consider yourself in the forefront, one of those few who have the good sense to care about these issues. Lack of action on these issues is most likely due to a lack of votes in the database from other customers that this is important to them. Sometimes, you've just got to accept that something that really bothers you apparently doesn't have that effect on anyone else. There certainly are some companies where user input is completely disregarded (and you can typically tell from the poor quality of the products), but Omni isn't one of them!
