Ability in the preferences to make the window slide able. That is
to say, a set of options that allow you to toggle sliding windows on
and off and customize the feature. And by sliding window I mean I
want to be able to lock OmniWeb to on part of the screen (Left,
Bottom, Right) and have OmniWeb auto hide, or SLIDE, into that part
of the screen, when my mouse is not on the application. Good examples
are The Dock for OS X can be set to auto hide. I would like to be
able to do that with my web browser. You know, just be able to move
my mouse to the bottom of the screen and have my web browser slide up
into view, and then slide back down when I switch applications. as
well as a button next to the tab button that would allow me to lock
or unlock it, incase I need to see it while using another
application. I have been looking for a web browser that does this,
and I have found a few that do something similar, but none do exactly
this, and I end up using OmniWeb anyway because it is the best web
browser out there. I think OmniWeb could be the one to really bring
this feature out. I mean OmniWeb has done so much to revolutionize
the web browsing experience from Re-inventing Tabbed browsing to
creating Workspaces...adding the slide out feature would really
enhance OmniWeb.
