I really enjoyed scripting in HyperTalk. I'm doing some work in AppleScript, but am considering learning another language as well. Something similar in concept to HyperTalk, perhaps. A friend mentioned SmallTalk. For what end purpose you may ask? Good question. I suppose something related to web functionality. I'm considering Ruby/Rails. One SmallTalk friend said he wasn't real happy with the Ruby language. Sorry for further lack of explicitness of my goals; I realize I may be looking for a tool before I know what my project is.
