I don't think so, I can't even seem to make it work with AppleScript actions on a shape that work perfectly fine outside presentation mode, and the built-in "jump elsewhere, zoom to rectangle" action doesn't work in presentation mode either. I suspect that the window object used for presentation mode doesn't support zooming.
