I would like OW to give me the option of clicking to import a viewed PDF into Yojimbo, rather than just view the PDF in Preview, or save to downloads folder.

A one-click solution would be great. But another way would be to display a PDF's icon in the menu bar when it is displayed in Preview. This appears to be a bug, and I have posted a Bug request on this as well.
