I had the same issue, and it seems like a whole bunch of images were deleted during a previous commit. So I recovered them and copied them into my resources directory:
OUIFilePickerBackground-*
OUIToolBarButton-*
OUIDocumentDelete
OUIDocumentDuplicate
OUIDocumentExport
some other toolbar buttons
