Alas, the stalled filter could be used to alert users to lurking projects. Unfortunately, stalled also includes projects whose next action is in a future date. To me, this is not a stalled project, because there is an action that is waiting to be done. I frequently use the start date to put tasks in the future, and so I have quite a few projects that are listed as stalled when they are not stalled.

Also the Stalled filter does not show you sub-projects that have no action.
