Try moving your com.omnigroup.OmniGrafflePro.plist file from ~/Libray/Preferences/ to your desktop and re-launching OmniGraffle. It may be a corrupt preference file.
If that doesn't help, try moving the OmniGraffle Pro folder from ~/Library/Application Support to the desktop and re-launching.
