I think it's about the " simplicity " mantra they always preach . They seem to feel people can " lose " tasks if the option isn't visible at al times.

I specifically recall their I.T. director posting that he used " life balance " on his Mac but only as " flat " lists with the details in the notes . I always keep in mind that they have a lot of clients that are very high level execs and ceo's that need things as simple and fast as possible.

that kind of layout overwhelms me personally , I need a program like OF that will let me hide what I don't need to see right now .
