If you edit the context and set the Location to 'None Set', those contexts will not appear when in 'Nearby' mode. At first I set up locations for most of my contexts, including 'Home' and 'Office'. In practice, that didn't make much sense when running errands to be reminded that 'Home' was x miles with all the related tasks. Now only my errand contexts have a location set.
